I understand that Play on the Green is a open play session and not a structured class.*

I agree that I (parent/carer) must remain with my child(ren) at all times during the session but not on the greens. There is seating for adults.*

I accept that staff are present to oversee safety but are not responsible for supervising individual children.*

I understand and agree that my child must follow the play guidelines:

• No shoes on the greens.

• No food or drinks on the greens.

• Safe, respectful play only.

I agree that Cliftonville & Coatdyke Community Group, its staff and volunteers are not liable for any accidental injury, loss, or damage during these sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.*

I give permission for minor first aid (e.g. cleaning cuts, applying plasters) to be given to my child if needed, and for appropriate medical help to be sought in an emergency.
